Created after we part, just after the holistic session ends, on paper, in watercolor, acrylic, pastel or whatever medium the moment calls for, each piece carries within it the colors, shapes and resonances born in the quiet of the aftermath. It reflects the essence of your experience, extends the benefits of the energetic work and acts as a symbolic anchor: a vibration that keeps moving, a luminous marker placed on your path.
I then send you the image of this creation by message, as an invitation to slow down, breathe and receive whatever arises: a sensation, an emotion, a thought. You can return to it whenever you feel the need. It will be there for you, like a thread connecting you to the work we have done.
